Logan Whiteside is a supervising producer for digital video, overseeing the team of producers who shoot and edit all video content for CNN Business. Her team focuses on companies, technology, business leaders, cars, space, real estate, media and social media.

Whiteside has helped shape CNN’s business coverage since she started with the company in 2011. She has worked on CNN shows and was the producer for CNN’s Chief Business Correspondent Christine Romans, driving the network’s daily coverage of markets and business. She has also worked as a digital producer, where she pitched, shot and edited her own stories focused on jobs, the economy, and tech. Prior to CNN she worked in local news at NY1.

Whiteside has won an EPPY Award for her video series on Nigeria’s economy and a Webby Award for the team’s coverage of deepfakes.

Whiteside is from Morristown, Tennessee. She attended NYU and has degrees in journalism and economics.
