Watchdog warns of rapid North Korea nuclear expansion

New warnings from the International Atomic Energy Agency point to a potentially rapid expansion of North Korea’s nuclear program, with reactors, reprocessing and uranium enrichment facilities all operating at Yongbyon and a suspected new enrichment building now complete. CNN’s Will Ripley reports.
