Pentagon says US forces ready to resume combat operations if ordered

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine said US forces will remain ready "if ordered and called up to resume combat operations" after President Donald Trump announced the US reached a two-week ceasefire with Iran yesterday.
