Susie Xu is the Executive Producer of Erin Burnett OutFront, which airs every weeknight from 7-8pmET.

Susie has worked at CNN for nearly 20 years and has taken on almost every role in production, beginning as an intern in the Washington, D.C., bureau.

Prior to leading the OutFront team, Susie produced numerous award-winning shows, including The Capital Gang and Larry King Live. She also worked as a field producer in the Beijing bureau, covering U.S.-China relations, the run-up to the 2008 Beijing Olympics and tensions on the Korean peninsula.

In addition to producing various CNN shows, Susie has also played a key role in CNN’s election coverage. She has covered every presidential and midterm election for the network since 2000.

Susie currently lives in New York with her husband and two young sons.
