About

Stacey Wolf is Group Senior Vice President and Head of Business Partnerships and Negotiations for CNN Worldwide. In this role, she is responsible for negotiating deals across the CNN portfolio and helping create new businesses and growth, reflecting the company’s increased momentum in unlocking and scaling new revenue opportunities.

With more than 25 years of news and entertainment industry experience, Wolf’s expertise spans strategy and operation management including revenue generation and content distribution. In this new role, in addition to her Partnerships and Negotiations portfolio, Wolf will continue to oversee CNN’s Business Affairs team, which handles all deals for CNN Original Series, as well as negotiating the intracompany content deals between CNN and WBD networks.

Wolf previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs for CNN Worldwide, having originally joined CNN in 1998. During her tenure, Wolf led the negotiations of all development, production, license, and distribution deals for CNN’s long form programming, including CNN Original Series and CNN Films. Prior to launching CNN Business Affairs, Wolf served in roles of increasing responsibility within CNN’s Legal Department, ultimately serving as Assistant General Counsel, providing legal advice on newsgathering, production, and copyright issues for CNN’s domestic and international platforms.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Wolf earned a B.A. with distinction in English. She also holds a J.D. from Emory Law School.
