Iranian crash report: Fire on aircraft caused explosion
An initial report by the Iranian Civil Aviation said a Ukranian jetliner was on fire before it crashed, killing all 176 people on board. The Iranian report, citing witnesses, said the plane also changed directions after a problem and turned back toward the airport. CNN's Richard Quest reports.
