Oklahoma governor grants Julius Jones clemency, reduces sentence to life in prison
Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has granted Julius Jones clemency just hours before he was scheduled to be executed. He is commuting Jones' sentence to life without parole, according to an executive order filed on the state's Secretary of State website.
