Family calls for arrest of officers involved in death of naked Black man

Newly released police video of an incident in March in Rochester, New York, shows officers handcuffing Daniel Prude, putting a spit bag over his head and kneeling on his back before he stopped breathing. Prude, naked in the street, was having a mental health episode when he was restrained. He was taken to the hospital and later declared brain dead shortly after, according to his family. CNN's Brynn Gingras reports.
