Elena Arzak: Joint chef at the three Michelin-starred Arzak restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain, Elena Arzak picked up the World's Best Female Chef award in 2012.

Sophie-Anne Pic: Head chef at La Dame de Pic restaurant at the Four Seasons hotel in London, Sophie-Anne Pic was the first recipient of the World's Best Female Chef award in 2011.
