Michelangelo, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, took a break from fighting evil on Thursday to enjoy the art of another famous Michelangelo.

Michelangelo stopped by the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Manhattan to take in the exhibit, "Michelangelo: Divine Draftsman and Designer."

The fictional turtle, who met some fans inside the museum, was named after Renaissance artist Michelangelo Buonarroti.

Michelangelo and the other three Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are family travel ambassadors for New York City's tourism bureau.

The exhibit of the artist Michelangelo's work goes through February 12, 2018.
