Rules of entry —
To get in the door, you need to either be a card-carrying member of the Academy of Magic Arts, have a guest pass provided by a member, or be staying at the Magic Castle Hotel.

Parlour of Prestidigitation —

The Close-Up Gallery —
The Close-Up Gallery contains just a few rows of seats, a felt table, and an eagle-eyed audience. It's the ultimate test of a magician's sleight-of-hand skills.

The lobster bisque comes recommended —
"You've picked a very good time to come and experience the Magic Castle," a waiter tells CNN. "Our new chef is really quite exceptional."

Grand Salon —
"Don't forget --" adds the waiter with some emphasis, "drinking is permitted in all of the theaters, so please feel free to take your glass with you to any of the shows. In fact, we strongly recommend it."
