Elvis lived here: Fancy owning Elvis' mobile home? Now you can, as it's being auctioned off in GWS Auctions: "Legends: Iconic Film & Music Memorabilia" sale on August 25.

Piece of history: "This actually was purchased to put on his Circle G Ranch, which was a 163-acre property that he purchased, that was still close enough to Graceland so he could get there," Brigitte Kruse, lead auctioneer and co-founder of GWS Auctions tells CNN Travel.

Gold bathroom: The mobile home has been carefully restored to reflect how it would have been back when Elvis first signed the ownership papers in 1967. "It was finished with gold lead paint in the restroom which is typical of Elvis fashion," says Kruse.

Popular auction: "I expect there to be a lot of interest," says Kruse of the upcoming sale. "We actually have several museums that have contacted us about it already, but we've also had private collectors."

Museum quality: The mobile home comes hand-in-hand with original paperwork featuring Elvis' signature, for added kudos. "It's incredible to have a notarized signature of Elvis Presley," says Kruse. "It's really a very, very special thing and it is a museum-quality piece."
