The Justice Department has released millions of pages of documents, images, and videos in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation after ending its review. The documents contain references to President Donald Trump and other powerful figures, including Elon Musk, Bill Clinton, and a former Obama White House counsel. The new batch of files also includes 302 forms. Which are written documentation of interviews that the government has conducted. Survivors have told CNN they've been desperately searching for information that they previously reported to the FBI about Epstein's alleged crimes and misconduct, wondering whether what they reported to law enforcement was ever acted upon. With that being said, an attorney who represented dozens of Epstein victims says the DOJ failed to appropriately redact victims' information. Speaking to CNN, Epstein survivor Haley Robson agreed.

You're not gonna gaslight me into believing that this administration has prioritized the survivors. The DOJ released documents with their names. Some of them had their phone numbers and addresses attached. I don't know how anybody can look at this and not see the way in which their releasing information is deliberate.

'A massive crowd of anti-ICE protesters marched, chanted and held signs that read ICE out in downtown Minneapolis today. That's as nationwide demonstrations are underway against President Trump's immigration enforcement efforts. Some businesses closed and many students across the country walked out of school in solidarity. This, as the Justice Department opened up a civil rights investigation into the Alex Prede shooting. He's the ICU nurse who was shot and killed by federal immigration agents in Minneapolis on Saturday. It means the federal government's investigation is expanding, as they look into whether the DHS officers who shot Prettie violated the law. Meanwhile, former CNN anchor Don Lemon made his first federal court appearance this afternoon. He and another independent journalist, Georgia Fort, were arrested in connection with an anti-ICE protest at a church in St. Paul, Minnesota earlier this month. Fort was arrested after filming the protest, but was released from custody today. Lemon, who faces several charges, was released on a personal recognizance bond. And will face no pretrial supervision.

The Senate is expected to vote on a bipartisan spending package ahead of tonight's funding deadline at midnight. The measure is expected to pass and will then head to the House for a vote, but that isn't expected to happen before Monday, meaning there will be a brief shutdown over the weekend. Today, senators will vote on several amendments to the funding deal, which aren't likely to pass before taking the final vote. It comes after more than 24 hours of wrangling by both parties to get holdouts to agree.

A bomb cyclone is less than 24 hours away from freezing parts of the southeast. Over 27 million people are under winter storm alerts, with states prepping roads and warning of travel disruptions. CNN's Derek Van Dam has the forecast.

Yeah, Foma, it's hard to believe we're facing another high impact winter storm event in the span of roughly a week. But here we are, this rapidly intensifying low pressure system will move off the southeast coastline and usher in blizzard conditions where I'm at, here in Virginia Beach, but even southward into the outer banks. Now, the interior of the Carolinas, that's where we'll see the heavy snow, eight to 12 inches, with several inches of snow possible in and around the Atlanta Metropolitan. What's happening behind it though is important because extremely cold air will keep the temperature below freezing for several days behind the system and that means. The conditions and the roads will lock in place.

Catherine O'Hara, the radiant actress who starred in Home Alone, Beetlejuice, and Schitt's Creek, has died at 71. A statement from the agency that represented her says she passed away at her home in Los Angeles, quote, following a brief illness. She brought two of the most memorable mothers to life in two classic movies.
