CNN's Wolf Blitzer speaks to Former Premier of Quebec Jean Charest after President Trump postponed a 50% tariff on a wide range of Canadian goods just hours before they were to take effect. Charest, who is a member of Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney's Advisory Committee on US Economic Relations, spoke about what it took to get back to the negotiating table.
