Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche signed an order formally rescinding President Trump's $1.8 billion "anti-weaponization" fund, conceding to demands from two Republican Senators. On "Inside Politics," CNN Legal Analyst Elliot Williams argues the order would be difficult to undo. "If they're going to try, it is going to be an enormous legal fight for the administration, and they'll lose in court," he tells Manu Raju.
