<p>A powerful explosion ripped through a fireworks workshop in Liuyang, Hunan, killing at least 26 and injuring 61. The city, known as the world’s fireworks hub, was shaken by a massive shock wave that shattered windows and damaged nearby buildings. Rescue efforts continue as authorities investigate the cause, while Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for “all-out efforts” to find those still missing.</p>
