Kamala Harris says she "might" run for president in 2028. Is she what Democrats are looking for?

Several potential Democratic presidential contenders appeared this week at the National Action Network convention, including the party's 2024 nominee. But Molly Ball tells the Inside Politics panel Kamala Harris may have a difficult path in a Democratic primary. "My sense of the Democratic base is they don't think she was treated fairly. They don't really blame her for the loss of the election, at the same time they're ready for something new. They're ready for fresh blood."
