Dennis Coyle, a US citizen who was imprisoned in Afghanistan for more than a year, arrived back in the United States and was greeted by his family. He was held in near solitary confinement and wasn’t charged with a crime. US officials say nothing was traded or given to secure Coyle’s freedom.
