Gov. Beshear on White House meeting: 'At this point, I'm not going'

Democratic Governor Andy Beshear tells Jake Tapper he does not plan to attend next week's bipartisan meeting at the White House after the president initially disinvited the nation's Democratic governors. Beshear said, "the president has just turned it into drama... If you're not going to invite all the Democratic governors, this chair of the DGA isn't going to be there."
