Zelensky says every power plant in Ukraine damaged

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that not a single Ukrainian power plant has escaped damage by Russian attacks. Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, Zelensky said that on one night alone this week, Russia launched 24 ballistic missiles and more than 200 drones.
