The CIA is ramping up its campaign to recruit informants in China by releasing Mandarin-language videos targeting Chinese military officers and Communist Party members. CNN's Steven Jiang explains why the US spy agency has stepped up its online efforts and why it may have a hard time finding any volunteers.
