Buildings collapse over tents in Gaza amid deadly winter storm

Strong winds collapsed war-torn buildings over makeshift camps in Gaza, killing at least 8 Palestinians this week, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. Half of the dead are infants who died of hypothermia, in the absence of warm clothes. CNN’s Jeremy Diamond reports.
