A woman is accused of ramming a Border Patrol agent with a car. Her attorney says that’s not what happened

DHS has accused Marimar Martinez, a 30-year-old American citizen, of deliberately ramming a federal law enforcement vehicle. Her attorney, Christopher Perente, disputes the charges and says body camera video shows a CBP vehicle swerving into Martinez. CNN has not viewed the body camera footage and has requested it from DHS. CNN's Omar Jimenez reports.
