One victim is dead and two others are injured in a shooting at a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office in Dallas, according to authorities. The FBI is investigating it “as an act of targeted violence.” None of the people shot were members of law enforcement and the shooter is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
