Video shows helicopter crash into barge on Mississippi River

Video shows smoke rising from a barge on the Mississippi River after a helicopter crashed into it in Alton, Illinois on Thursday. Two people were killed in the accident, according to authorities. Police say they believe the helicopter was working on powerlines before crashing.
