Russia declared a unilateral ceasefire for 72 hours, scheduled around the anniversary of Victory Day. But just three minutes past midnight, soldiers in Ukraine’s National Guard told CNN’s Nick Paton Walsh they had already begun observing fresh artillery fire and other Russian attacks across the front-line. They also showed video of what they said was a massive build-up of Russian troops and armor.
