Massive storm makes part of the US look like another planet

Video shows March snow storm sweep through the Midwest

An unusually powerful storm for March that stretched from the US-Canada border to the US-Mexico border had powerful hurricane-force winds that kicked up and blew snow around so violently it created a blizzard in parts of the Plains and Midwest. Whiteout conditions made visibility so poor it stranded drivers and caused multi-car crashes on roadways across the regions.
