The Aviation Security Advisory Committee was a group mandated by Congress after the 1988 PanAm 103 bombing over Lockerbie, Scotland. The bombing became the deadliest terror attack on the United States before 9/11, killing 190 American citizens. A new CNN series “Lockerbie: The Bombing of Pan Am 103” tracks the mysterious circumstances surrounding the tragedy. The four-part series premieres February 16 at 9pm ET/PT on CNN.
