Flower farm owner Laura Beth Resnick says she has not received funds that were approved under President Joe Biden after President Donald Trump took office and instituted a funding freeze at the US Department of Agriculture. The Trump administration rescinded the funding freeze, But Resnick tells CNN's Sara Sidner she still has not received the funds.
