‘I saw sparks flying’: Witness describes moment of crash

A passenger aircraft carrying 64 people collided with a US Army Black Hawk helicopter near Reagan National Airport outside of Washington, DC, as it approached the runway, according to the Federal Aviation Administration and defense officials. Ari Schulman, who says he witnessed the plane crash, speaks to CNN’s Abby Phillip about what he saw.
