Rescuers are scrambling to find dozens of people missing after deadly flash floods ripped across southern and eastern Spain. Some areas received up to 12 inches of rain in just a few hours.
The majority of deaths are in the Valencia region, which saw its heaviest rainfall in 28 years. The deluge of floodwater overturned cars, inundated highways and forced people to flee to rooftops to wait for rescuers.
