AquaFence technology can withstand storm surges up to 15 feet

CNN's Isabel Rosales shows how Tampa Bay's only trauma center is keeping patients and staff safe during hurricane season using AquaFence. The technology requires three days and 60 people to put it up, but is meant to guard against storm surges up to 15 feet and high, and designed to withstand 130-mile-per-hour winds.
