Plane narrowly misses man during crash landing

A small plane narrowly missed a man during an emergency crash landing at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in Sacramento. The plane’s engine failed at an altitude of about 400 ft, reports CNN affiliate KCRA. In a statement, Haggin Oaks said the damage to its facility is minor. The crash is being investigated by the FAA and National Transportation Safety Board, KCRA reports.
