Presley, a service dog, appears alongside her companion, seventh-grader Seph Ware, in the yearbook for Good Hope Middle School in West Monroe, Louisiana.

Seph, 14, was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy when he was 3. He and his mom, Lori Watkins-Ware, are grateful to have Presley as a member of the family.

Presley, who is almost 6, has been with the family for three and a half years.

Seph and Presley go everywhere together, from school to even the Lego store.

The best buddies went to Camp Aldersgate in Little Rock, Arkansas, three summers ago. It's a camp for children with medical conditions.

Presley and Seph attended the Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy conference last year.

Seph and Presley hang out in their yard, where they often play fetch together.
