During his trial, a psychologist testified that Couch suffered from "affluenza" -- he was the product of wealthy, privileged parents who never set limits for the boy. Couch's mother, Tonya, is back in the United States and has been charged in Texas with hindering the apprehension of a felon. Couch is still in Mexico. A Mexican immigration official with knowledge of the case said Couch's attorneys had filed a writ to block his deportation to the United States.
