Matthew Chung's parents, Jung and Sung, discovered that their store, J-Mart Wigs, was destroyed during the first night of protests in Baltimore on April 27.

Most of the store's merchandise was looted during the rioting.

The store's floor is covered by smashed mannequin heads.

The Chungs' store is seen undamaged in Google's Street View photo from before the riots.

Chung's father manages the store back in the 1980s. The 74-year-old retired from the store prior to the violent protests.

Chung's mother works at the store in the 1980s. Now in her 60s, she has been running J-Mart Wigs on her own. She was planning to retire before the protests broke out.

Chung's parents smile at the camera after they are told about the GoFundMe campaign. "They were so grateful and speechless that people they did not even know could be so giving," Chung wrote on the campaign page.
