Satha-Sambo advises aspiring entrepreneurs to "love and have passion for what they want to do." She adds: "Be prepared to work hard for your dream. Do not expect things will be easy -- they wont be, because the end result will be worth it."

"If you find donors, great, but always look for ways to make yourselves sustainable," she continues. "You will have more say on how you want to run your dream. And believe me, you will, at one point, want to give up, so surround yourself with people who will urge you on during those days."
