Torrie Creamer started her weight loss journey two and a half years ago at 322 pounds. She went through "a roller coaster of emotions and trials," she says.

The Norfolk, Virginia, resident joined a boot camp program for women to start working off the extra pounds. Her first few weeks were tough. "I could not finish a routine without feeling like I was dying and about to vomit," she says.

No stopping her now —
Soon Creamer was flying through her workouts. She continued to increase her goals, promising herself that she would be an inspiration to other women who were struggling with their weight.

Creamer has lost 145 pounds. "I can play with my kids without feeling exhausted. I am also more happier and more positive than I have ever been."

Creamer says she's incredibly grateful for the support of her husband Jason and their three children Gabriel, left, Jordan and Kameron.

Creamer's youngest, Kameron, is a "boot camp baby," trainer Ken Williams says. She comes in with her mom and offers to do push-ups with the class.
