Henry Earl has been arrested more than 1,500 times, mostly for alcohol intoxication, according to CNN's sister publication The Smoking Gun. A local celebrity whose ability to cut a rug has earned him the nickname "James Brown," Earl has spent Thanksgiving and his birthday in jail this year and will face a judge December 5.
