"I've been a graffiti artist with a strong traditional Hip-Hop influence since 1988," FALKO1 told CNN iReport. "I don't really consider myself a street artist but a graffiti artist/writer who dabbles in 'street art.'"

"Street art, I believe, has an essentially political manifesto," Rahman said. "It amounts to an act of defiance. In this instance it is an act of commemoration."
