Syria said Israeli missiles struck at its military facilities on Sunday, May 5. The reported strikes killed more than 40 Syrian soldiers, an opposition group said. The attack followed one last week that Syria also attributed to Israel. Israel has not confirmed or denied that its forces were involved in any attacks inside Syria.
