Frazer's husband Steve has also lost weight -- more than 90 pounds. He's known as Burley in the roller derby league, and took on the job of bench coach this season.

Frazer's 14-year-old son Morgen, a.k.a. Trucker Chuck, has been pretty accepting of the family's new lifestyle, she says. "In the beginning he lost a little bit of weight himself. I think it got him feeling good about his own body image."

Frazer and her husband celebrated meeting their weight loss goals by going skydiving in Las Vegas last summer. They also attended a roller derby conference called Rollercon.
