Research firm Universum surveys business students in Asia each year to see where they most want to work. Here are the top employers they selected.

Microsoft is one of the few top-ranked companies to suffer a decline, falling from 5th place in 2012 to 7th this year.

The good news for students is that the tech pioneer is hiring in Asia. Microsoft (MSFT) is currently looking for employees in cities like Singapore, Kaula Lumpur, Hanoi and Jakarta.
