How do you judge the world's best cheese?
Started in 1988, as a way to celebrate the international cheese scene, the World Cheese Awards is one of the biggest events of the year for dairy producers, gathering record amounts of cheese in one giant aroma-filled venue. This year's edition featured 5,244 cheeses from 46 countries but only one could be crowned the grand winner. CNN's Barry Neild went behind the scenes at the awards in Bern, Switzerland to find out how the judges taste their way to a decision.
