French company to pay nearly $778 million as part of plea deal to US charge of providing support to ISIS

The policeman is guarding a Rwandan army mobile clinic that was set at the village for the day to treat people.
Based on a bilateral agreement between the Mozambican and Rwandan governments, Rwandan Security Forces were deployed to Cabo DelGado province in Northern Mozambique in July 2021 to squash a flourishing ISIS affiliated group called Ansar Al-Sunna Wal Jama'a.
The terrorist group has been carrying out attacks in the province since 2017 and in the 2020 they gained control of some villages and towns in the province, terrorising, murdering, and mutilating people and destroying peoples' property in the process.
Other African Security Forces are deployed in other provinces in the country.
