I'm finally getting back on my feet after paying off all my student loans from law school. I had more than $100,000 in debt.
Money is still tight though because I helped start a new company called Legaladvice.com.
That why I've always had a roommate. New York City is too expensive to afford housing on a single income. My rent is $2,450 for a one-bedroom.
I live with Stan, who's my age, and we've known each other since middle school. I don't even think living with others is that weird anymore.
Besides, I spend very little time in the apartment and mostly just use the place to eat and sleep.
