A federal judge has ruled that the Trump administration must allow White House access to CNN, MS NOW, and Politico, arguing that the ban violated the First Amendment. US District Judge Tim Kelly implemented a new short-term order to block the ban, as the previous order was set to expire. CNN’s Brian Stelter reports.
A 21-year-old woman reported being sexually assaulted during a party at an Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house near the University of Chicago. The university says a person of interest, who is not a student or otherwise affiliated with the school, has been identified and banned from campus, but no one was in custody as of Tuesday afternoon, according to Chicago police.
Surveillance footage from Kelly Clarkson’s dispute at a toy store in Brooklyn has been released.
