Tulsi Gabbard’s voting record raises questions

Tulsi Gabbard’s voting record raises questions

Tulsi Gabbard declared residency in Texas in 2024, and then voted in Hawaii in the November presidential election. It sparks a number of questions, legal experts tell CNN’s Kyung Lah.
