Video captures ‘racially-motivated’ shooting in Minneapolis neighborhood

Minneapolis resident Davis Moturi was doing yard work when his neighbor shot him through a window on the second story of his house after a year of ongoing issues and over a dozen calls to police. Moturi survived the shooting and was hospitalized with a fractured spine and several broken ribs. The neighbor, John Sawchak, has been charged with four counts, including attempted murder, stalking, and harassment.
