Dashcam video shows shopping mall blast after Japan quake

Rescue efforts are underway at a partially collapsed shopping mall following a 6.8-magnitude earthquake that hit Kumamoto, Japan. Authorities are investigating an explosion at the mall, which was captured by a dashcam. The quake has left more than a dozen people dead, according to Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi.
